professional cleaning
Citra Solv
Specialist, a solvent blend which can be used for intricate extrusion tools to break down wax and grime from processes. It can be used as a cleaner after extrusion processes, or as a lubricant throughout the extrusion lines.
Soda Cleanser Excel
A specialist parts washer fluid which is formulated specifically to remove residues from tooling that are involved in the production and manufacture of lead-free PVCu products. Soda Cleanser Excel is highly concentrated and can be diluted up to 100-1 to provide a low foam solution for removing grease, oil and dirt from component used at various stages of plastic extrusion manufacture.
Enviroclean
An eco-friendly tar and bitumen remover and asphalt release agent. It quickly dissolves tar and bitumen to leave surfacing tools, equipment and vehicle desks clean. It has a non-stick film to prevent asphalt and bitumen from re-sticking to cleaned surfaces. Enviroclean can also be used as an asphalt release agent and is completely non-hazardous in use.
Heavy Duty Degreaser
Water soluble, an emulsifiable solvent-based product which can be used to remove grease, tar, bitumen and waxes. This is an ideal solvent for industrial applications and can be used in parts washing machines where low flash point solvents are suitable. Having water-soluble properties means that it makes removing the oil and grease much easier through rinsing.

Scafflube
A Scaffold Clip Lubricant which is made with a unique blend of oils, solvents and specialised additives designed for fast and effective penetration, lubrication and moisture displacement. It is safe on most plastics, paints and all metals. It will remove grease, oils and other forms of dirt to leave a protective film to prevent further seizing, rust and corrosion. Defoamer
A concentrated water based defoaming solution. It can be diluted up to 100-1 and is used to hinder the formation of foam in industrial processes.
Water Softener
Concentrated, high quality water softener for reducing scaling throughout various applications in industry.
Petroleum Jelly
Our general purpose lubricator, formulated as a semi-solid mixture of mineral oils, paraffin and microcrystalline waxes.
